Garriott hopes to oust the Republican incumbent who won

by 3.8% in 2024, in a district Trump carried by 4.4%.

Mendoza is a retired Marine running in a very close race against a one-term incumbent 

 Rutinel is running against a one-term incumbent who won election in 2024 by only 0.8%.

Shah narrowly lost in 2024 against a six-term incumbent, but this year this is an open seat 

 Villegas is running in a perennially close district that has become more competitive for Democrats due to redistricting.
